the cable can be tested and judged by the water penetration test of
IEC 60502-1997 ANNEX D (normative) or GBT 12706.2-2002 Appendix D
(standard catalog); At present, it is mainly determined by indirect
methods, such as checking whether the HDPE non-metallic sheath or
non-metallic sheath is defective. If these sheaths are determined
to be intact, then the cable is considered to have good radial
water resistance. However, many users have raised some questions
about this method, and caused some disputes and lack of persuasion.
Therefore, cable manufacturers and users now urgently need a test
method to determine the radial water resistance of the cable. It
can avoid the controversy caused by the manufacturer and user due
to the lack of the radial water resistance test method.

Conductor Sizes
We can extrude conductors as small as 34 gauge and as large as 12
gauge. These can be combined to create a mixed gauge cable.
Conductor Colors

striping and marking are available to meet your wiring harness
design requirements.
Stranding Sizes
Your conductors can be made with stranding as small as 0.002 inches
(0.05mm) which is excellent for hi-flex, supple cables. If you just
need a standard power conductor we can use stranding as large as
0.01 inches (0.25 mm). Stranding can be bare copper, tinned
stranding, tinned conductor or even plated with precious metals
such as silver for increased conductivity.

The first protection in any cable is the conductor’s insulation.
Our wire and cable extrusion capabilities include a wide range of
materials to match your requirements for flexibility, abrasion
