Main body plastic: fuse holders require current resistance, voltage resistance,
corrosion resistance, fire resistance, etc. There are also many
plastic materials that meet these characteristics. Our company
selects nylon PA66 as fire retardant and fuel resistant.
The main body plastic of the fuse: It acts as insulation and
support to protect the melt from external forces. The material used
by our company is PC / nylon. PC / nylon material is a
high-strength flame-retardant material, which has the
characteristics of impact resistance, wear resistance and so on,
which can just meet the needs of fuses.
Metal contact pins: common main materials are zinc, tin, copper, silver, etc. or
alloys based on these materials. They have good electrical
conductivity, excellent ductility, and are easy to form. The
material selected by our company is zinc or zinc alloy material, if
there are special requirements, please specify. The metal contact
feet are integrally formed with the fuse melt, acting as a bridge
for current to flow in and out of the melt.
Electronic wire: The conventional product is 1015 UL certified wire, the length of
the wire is 150MM, the end of the wire is connected to the blue
cold-pressed terminal / transparent sheath male and female butt
terminal, (customized according to customer requirements, allowing
thicker 12AWG wire)
